The transalpine freight transport remains in the focus of European transport policy. Short-term solutions are necessary to protect the sensitive Alpine region from the high traffic loads.
The Project AlpInnoCT unites 15 Partners of the alpine area and deals with solutions on this topic. The interim results will be presented to the general public in a Dialogue Event and a Mid-term Conference. These two events will be combined with the traditional symposium "Logistics Innovative", which will take place this year for the 10th time in Prien am Chiemsee. As a participant, you have the unique opportunity to exchange ideas directly with top-class logistics experts on this topic in an innovative concept and also to adress your wishes and solutions approaches to the project.
The structure of the congress is as follows:
First Day: Dialogue Event – AlpInnoCT
The current market conditions are discussed at eight round tables. Participants in the symposium can decide themselves on which theme they want to discuss. The basis for the discussions are alreay worked out wishes from the project. These wishes and solutions are discussed, validated and consolidated according to the current market conditions.
First Day (Evening): State reception at "Schloss Herrenchiemsee"
Official speech by the Bavarian State Minister and contributions from representatives of science, politics & economics to the importance of logistics and 20 years of LKZ Prien
Second Day: Mid-term Conference
The wishes from the Dialogue Event take influence into the pilot route Trieste - Bettembourg. Basis for the discussion is the concept of the first day. Intensive discussion will again be held at eight different round tables. The wishes of the market are discussed along the pilot route.
